No longer do you have to go to the luxury spas or upscale health clubs to receive a massage. Kristin Churchill is a licensed massage therapist servicing those in Eustis, Mount Dora, Tavares and the Leesburg area. Massage therapy is the pressing, rubbing and the manipulating of your skin tendons and ligaments that may range from light stroking to deep pressure all designed to help you relax, reduce pain and rejuvenate your body!

Kristin Churchill graduated from the Massage Therapy program at Lake Technical Center (now Lake Technical College). Growing up Kristin learned that massage therapy is her passion. As a younger sibling, Kristin spent many days massaging her older sister. She learned that what she truly enjoyed was improving balance and natural health in people.
Services
Relax and Rejuvenate is what Kristin Churchill is all about. Massage Therapy is designed to help you feel better, feel energized and feel relaxed. I am conveniently located at Bay Street Wellness in Eustis, making myself easily accessible from Mount Dora, Tavares, Leesburg and the surrounding area.
Massaging is pressing, rubbing and manipulating your skin tendons and ligaments that may range from light stroking to deep pressure. Therapeutic massages includes a few different types such as trigger point therapy, sports massage, cranial sacral therapy, prenatal massage and geriatric massage. Each massage has it's owns benefits.
Swedish Massage is the most common and most widely known type of massage. It involves long, fluid strokes of muscles and tissues with pressure that varies from light to medium to firm. Swedish Massage is widely viewed as one of the most relaxing styles of massage therapy. Kristin will adjust the pressure according to your sensitivity and preference to provide you the most relaxing experience possible.
Deep Tissue massage is used to release chronic muscle tension through slower strokes and more direct, forceful deep pressure. Deep tissue massage works to break up and eliminate muscle knots usually focusing more on specific areas. A deep-tissue massage helps loosen muscle tension, release toxins from muscles and allows blood and oxygen to circulating more properly.
Chair massage is a short massage, typically lasting from 10 - 20 minutes, and is usually performed in a public area such as the workplace. The recipient is seated in a specially designed ergonomic massage chair and the massage is done through the clothing. The focus is on key areas of tension in the back, neck, shoulders, arms and hands.

Fantastic therapeutic massage therapist. After my knee replacement she provided the comfort and additional stretch to the muscles, ligaments, and tendons that I needed.

I've known Kristen for years. She always does a good job and is very thorough.
Not only that, she is very professional. And always delivers an ideal experience.
If you want to talk during a session, she'll listen. If you would rather keep quiet, she won't pry.
If you want deep tissue, she can do it. Therapeutic massage, no problem.

This was my 3rd visit to see Kristin, unlik before I was on a lot of pain, could barely walk. The next day I was up and walking, the pain is not gone, but I can at least move.
Another session should loosen me up!

Kristin has been a wonderful therapist for both my husband and me. She most often does deep tissue massage for my husband's back issues, but has also provided full body, relaxing massage for him. After multiple orthopedic surgeries, Kristin's skills have been instrumental in alleviating pain & increasing mobility in my shoulder & neck. She also assisted in my recovery from a nasty fall last year, leaving me w/severe bruising of the upper torso. Kristin Churchill is a superior practitioner.

Awesome! Kristin is a magician with her hands. I’m no stranger to back pains and stiff muscles and knots are a constant source of aggravation with me, but Kristin takes all that away and I always leave completely relaxed and at ease.
Kristin is extremely nice and anyone who might be nervous about getting a massage would not experience that with her. And her prices are right in line which I would expect to pay, but I think I'm getting the better end of the deal.
Her office is also conveniently located between my work and my home right on 441, so it's easy to get to and get out of. You can also

Kristin is AMAZING! I went in there with a pinch nerve that made it painful to even breath! I was in so much pain! I told her where it was hurting which was around my shoulder blade and she totally got rid of it! I left feeling so much better. I now go every 2 weeks for myself. I need this time in order to work as much as I do. If your in pain anywhere or even need to relax as most of don't even know how to anymore, go see her. You won't regret doing so! Its your body, take care of it. No one else will.

She is without a doubt the best in the area especially for deep tissue. I have seen a few others and was always disappointed. If you are looking for a reasonably priced deep tissue or a relaxation massage, then look no further. You will not be disappointed!

Sweet lady! Was so ready for a relaxing massage and did not want to chitchat! I'm not very talkative and she read that right away, which I was impressed with. I WILL be going back. The massage was perfect!
