Does your young adolescent or teenager have a tough time with self-esteem, anxiety, or school transitions? Growing up is hard for some children. In an ideal world, every child would be born into a wholesome, healthy situation without any troubles. Sadly, that isn't the reality. As adults we often forget or overlook the fact that children and young adults experience many of the same issues adults do.
Whether you experience general anxiety, panic disorders, or suffer from PTSD, we can help. One of the most effective treatments available is cognitive behavior therapy or CBT. Our professionals will work with you to identify specifically what is holding you back and triggering your anxiety issues. By figuring out what causes your anxiety, we'll be able to help you develop coping methods that will put you at ease.

I liked my therapist and that was about it. I did Tele health appointments and 1 in person appointment. I had lost my job and fell on financial hardship and made the office aware of that and they were supposed to send me a hardship form with proof of paystubs. I asked how I was supposed to provide proof of pay stubs when I was in that financial hardship of losing my job and they said that they were going to call me back and I never received a phone call. They also said they sent me an email with the hardship form and I never got one. I talked about this with my therapist and she told me to call

Good service, respectful staff. I was able to get the diagnoses I needed, however I was told it would take 3-4 weeks to get a diagnostic report to share with my physician so I could get started with medications. It has been 5 weeks and they still do not know when I will be able to get it. This is difficult as I am a college student who is struggling. Dr. Osten was a great physician but they seem to be too busy to effectively do work.
