What is your field of treatment? I am a Licensed Acupuncturist and Functional Medicine Specialist with over 20+ years of experience. My experience is wide and varied and I have worked with special needs children, worked with The 49er's and San Diego Chargers in preseason training to keep them at their best; worked in addiction and rehab programs; and held an advanced internship in Beijing.

Acupuncture is a branch of traditional Chinese medicine that has been practiced for thousands of years. It is used to treat a wide range of ailments from the common cold to back pain, allergies and depression. Chiropractic care focuses on disorders of the musculoskeletal and the nervous system, and the effects of these disorders on general health. Chiropractic care is used most often to treat neuromusculoskeletal complaints, including but not limited to back pain, neck pain, pain in the joints of the arms or legs, and headaches.
As a Physical Therapist, I promote your healing through a careful exam and determination of what's causing your symptoms. I then apply specific microcurrents to "tune" your body into a healing state. As an advanced practitioner of Frequency-Specific Microcurrent (FSM), I have witnessed a high success rate in re-establishing "pain-free and back to life" with this relaxing, non-invasive, and drug-free approach.

David Allen LAc has been amazing for many years to my kids. He is devoted to his practice and continues expanding his knowledge in pediatric acupuncture. He is incredible with little one and teens. His herbal knowledge is just as impressive. I am usually very skeptical when it comes to any treatment whether western or eastern medicine. There are… so many people trying to make a buck out there . David has become a true master of his art. My kids respect his input and enjoy their visits. I will recommend David to any parent any day. He’s simply the best out there.

Do yourself a favor and book an appointment with Caileen for Natropathic Medicine or Craniosacral therapy. I have seen her in the past for some health issues and no one is more passionate and dedicated to her patients' wellbeing. I recently went for craniosacral therapy and was able to completely relax and let Dr. Caileen work her magic. She has an innate intuition of the body and it's needs and was able to open up channels I had no idea were blocked. Afterward I felt lighter, brighter and calmer. She is truly a miracle worker and I will definitely be seeing her again for future ailments.

I fell off my neighbors deck last week and was in a lot of pain. After a massage with Mei (one of the best masseuses I’ve experienced) she suggested acupuncture. This morning I had an acupuncture session with Jennifer and Reiki with Joyce. It was incredibly relaxing and transformative. Tonight I feel calmer, lighter and emotionally better! What a masterful team Indigo Dragon has assembled. I highly recommend them and appreciate their standard of excellence.

This gorgeous sanctuary has provided me with the best support I have ever received. I have worked with Amy, Ashley, and Jen on numerous occasions and their work has helped me heal. I was struggling with candida, anxiety, and acne. With the help of herbs and acupuncture my stagnation became fluid, my blood and skin healed and I am less anxious. Acupuncture is based on Chinese medicine. I often ask what everything means and how it works and they educate me while I'm on the table. I love knowing how my body functions and the way natural medicine works. Thankful for this space.
