Monumental Real estate is the owner now of Pinebrook Apartment's. I enjoy where I live there really good about giving you, your own space as long as you pay your rent. Love to see you here. If there's room.
We have a pool, tennis court, lounge rooms, & theatre & basketball court. And we have washing & drying facilities but if you request they put one in your apartment. Follow me an I'll give you more tips about a lot of other places

I rent an apartment for emerald waters since July of 2019 I decided to rent here because they had a great 11 month contract promotion with no deposit. Don’t be fooled. They purposely made a mistake on the contract and were overcharging me the monthly agreed amount plus made the contract for 12 months instead of 11. In September 2019 I sent them a letter and they fixed the monthly amount to the correct amount and said they would also fix the term of the lease back to 11 months. Well since I knew they were aware of the issue and honestly one extra month didn’t bother me too much at the time I

I have been with the company going on 6 months and I have been so surprised by the company structure and support from my leader I have received in this short time. Taking a new position at a new property, with a new company is always scary at first. However, I know I have made the right decision.
