Awesome company! The turnaround from estimate to acceptance to install was 2 days! This company stays in touch with you from the beginning. Bruce answered all my questions and inquiries and his responsiveness is second to none. My 3.5 ton Amana system was installed today and it is working beautifully. I plan to keep a maintenance contract with this company for years to come for all my other HVAC and Furnace needs.

One, as it turns out, likely created (by someone else) during a previous service call. Communication with Bruce was good, he arrived when he said he would. My initial contact to the company is what sealed the deal. The rep was very pleasant and worked to get me a same day appointment. The technician arrived during scheduled time and proceeded to repair the unit. He made sure I understood everything he was doing. Unfortunately, the unit needed to be replaced but I felt confident that Mr. Bruce would complete the job. The cost was very reasonable and he did a great job.
