Louisiana boy, Bobby Vaughn, has been catering private parties for over 30 years by referral only. He spent his formative teen years in New Orleans eating the best Cajun delicacies. His grandmother taught him to cook as a young man. Bobby uses his traditional, secret recipes measured and counted by his handfuls of fresh herbs and ingredients.
In 2018 with the help of his lifetime partner, Roxanne, together they started Cajun BobbyQ Inc. Bobby's moto is "Go Big or Go Home" and thats the vision for "All In", a full service Kitchen on wheels with music and entertainment. His love is cooking and he has a heart of gold to help others. He thrives on making you smile while you savor all the flavors in his delicious cajun, spicy inventions.
