I normally just come in for tubes and they are really helpful, they can find almost anything. I was looking for a specific tube for a pit bike and they were the only ones who had it. A great place to find exactly what you need. My only complaint would be that their bike prices are a little high.

You can tell that they know that they're the only game in town. They treat everybody like s*** and then never have parts in stock. I would rather order it and wait a week then deal with these guys

Great staff. Had to take my bike in for service. These guys are very knowledgeable and super courteous. I would highly recommend this shop or if you are looking to buy a bike. If they don't have what you're looking for they can always get it. Just ask.

These guys are great. If your in the market for a nice bike Fators is your stop. I brought my Husqvarna in after 1000 miles and Cory did a quick inspection and tightened her up for me no problem. Happy with my purchase and the customer service.

Had my Vstrom serviced and some parts put on. It wasn't cheap, but they did a good job and I really liked the communication with the service department. I will be returning for my parts and service needs. This was the first time using Fator's, as this is the first Suzuki I've owned. They have earned my business.

We were all set for a multiday ride and noticed first thing in the morning a small leak underneath the KTM 450... Called this place they were open right on time had exactly what we needed super conveniently located professional and nice people! Oh and they let us use a couple tools as well as some Loctite :-) thank you!

In my years dealing with Fators Motorcycle Sales & Service, I have never been disappointed. The makes & models of bikes in stock is impressive. Craig sets the tone of effort and honesty. His and all the employees advice is invaluable. Justin, Joe and Kevin are top rated mechanics. The parts department people are fast and will find exactly what you need. Great little shop. Drove up from Brentwood (3 hour drive) to buy the Husqvarna 701 Supermoto since they were the closest dealer to have one in stock. I was in and out in less then a hour. These guys were awesome. I would definitely drive back up to get another bike anytime.

This is another example of a small town family owned business that goes out of their way for their customers and makes it a point to know everyone of them.
I cannot count the times this shop has bent over back words to help me out.
Whether it's a $1 or $1000 purchase they always give 100 percent of themselves to help you out.
Other shops in this town could learn a lot from them.

I just bought a use bike with 10 miles on it. It had some fuel system issues and they ordered well care and are making sure that that runs perfect I highly recommend the shop in dealing with the people inside Craig,Corin and Tyler are great to deal with thanks guys!

3/4 of the way through my 2600 mile road trip, the chain on my SV650 started kinking and stretching. I showed up at their store and they took very good care of my bike in a very reasonable amount of time. They even cleaned my bike.

It's nice to encounter a pro shop with friendly staff... especially when you are in a pinch.

I was traveling from Eureka to Susanville and saw that my rear tire was in need of replacement. I called Fator's while in Weaverville to see if they had my tire size in stock. They did and they had an appointment for me about an hour later. I showed up and they had the new tire on in less than an hour and I was on my way. Everyone was nice and the price was reasonable. If they have something you need you should definitely stop by and see them.

Great service! Support your local shop not corporate! Rich(great sales) Cory Fator (need a part this guy has you covered) and Craig the owner (awesome guy). I know people are quick to put up a bad review, yet have no time to say when something goes right. Maybe try going in and give them a minute if they are busy(life happens, sometimes lines form). I will always go to Fator's for all my needs in the motorcycle world.

The WORST customer service ever. You walk in and they act pissed off that your there. I walked out and went to Redding Yamaha. They have a very bad rep around redding.
