We will continue to stress the importance of hand washing, sanitizing, etc with all our employees. They were here today to change the anode tube on the water heater, He really had to work to break it free. The service guy was great he showed what to shut off to drain the water heater to make sure their is not any rust. Had no hot water over the holiday weekend and called at 7am on Tuesday and by 4:30 had a new 75 gal.

My mother needed a new furnace and Dan came to help out with the quote. He was professional, courteous, and knowledgeable. From the start to the finish there was nothing they could have done any better. They kept us informed every step of the installation. I would recommend everyone to call and use Horsch and Miller. It's hard to find companies that can provide this kind of exceptional service. Every single one of the employees from Dan, to the Office, and the installation guys deserve a thank you and job well done. And if good service was not enough...they even sent a thank you gift to my mother

We were having an early thanksgiving dinner with our family on a Saturday evening and right as the turkey was coming out of the oven the water pressure in the house stopped completely. I called the emergency number at Horsch and miller our emergency plumbing number for over 40 years. Dennis McDaniel was sent from his home about a 45 minute drive away. Dennis McDaniel was courteous, professional and effective we were very pleased.

But when our A/C finally died during the hottest week, of course, Horsch & Miller was able to fit us in ahead of our vacation. Easy to work with, professional, and courteous.
