Absolute trash of an office these days... My father and I have seen John Titus for over 20 years, now that my father passed last year in May and John is not around I felt lost somewhat and am the only one that was seeing this office and started seeing Keri Dillon. Evidently I had a $300 bill for a simple steroid shot less than a year old that I was in contact with the office to resolve, once I had returned to work or taxes came about. Well they decided to be the greedy office that they are; and send it to collections who evidently immediately drafts it to court over a lawsuit. This will be the

The doctors care (Dr. Lawlor and Dr. Joey), has always been great. However, to trying to convince the receptionist that you need an appointment is my worst nightmare.
I understand that covid has changed policies everywhere but I have no idea what PCP’s policy is, and the updated policy is not listed on the website. Additionally, every time I tried to call and talk to the receptionist I was met with distain and a different answer.

Everyone is rude, I don’t know what it is or what is going on but they all seem miserable to be there when I went. I even heard the nurses/doctors gossiping right outside of my room thinking I couldn’t hear them about another patient and laughing. Would NOT recommend. Also, just calling for some information about billing was terrible, they seemed like they were over it & did not help out with what I was asking

This office has gone down hill and the staff is so rude. I have been a patient sine 1995 and now that Dr.Titus is no longer there they refuse to see me. There excuse was a bill was sent to collections and they will no longer see me. The bill was paid on full and Dr. Titus saw me in March 2021. Called this morning to see if I could do a telehealth appointment. The receptionist was so very rude and would not let me speak. Asked to talk to a manager and was told she was not in today. Another girl got on the phone and was so unbelievably rude and hung up on me. This dr's office and it's staff has gone

I have been coming here for about 3 years now but I am done.
Keri Dillon either lacks the will or the skill to help her patients. The most egregious offense was the misdiagnosis of appendicitis as lactose intolerance. Luckily, another provider at Nebraska Med listened so it did not become life-threatening.
If that wasn't bad enough, the staff is rude. They refused to answer questions on cost of services and would only say that they would bill me later. They refused to call in a prescription because I was not yet due for my annual physical.
Bottom line: I have no idea why they are in business

Been a patient here all my life. Have had good and bad service throughout the years but when it comes to Dr. Lawlor and Joey.. they’re amazing!! So don’t get that wrong
However, the front desk staff and their finance people are completely heartless.
I had fallen on hard times and let a bill go to collections and now they will no longer see me ever again. No one time pass, no understanding that I didn’t have insurance and fell on hard times. Nope . Nothing .
I hope Dr Lawor and Joey find a better practice to go to because they are better off at an establishment with some sort of heart.

Came in to see dr. Nelson for a swollen eye/allergies. Allergy symptoms have been with me for almost 3 months and nothing has helped. He spent less than 10 minutes with me and I was hardly examined and was told to “live with it”. Went to a different doctor at a different clinic and was actually examined, given an allergy shot and proper medication, and most importantly; listened to. Only come here if you don’t want to be taken seriously and receive no help whatsoever. I won’t be returning.

If I could give zero stars, I would. The office called my employer (the lady said she searched the number for my employer online) and left a message on a co-worker's voicemail asking if I've received my flu shot. First of all, I never gave the office permission to call my employer (why wouldn't they just call me and ask?) and second, this office worker left my name (spelled out), dr's name, and full birthdate on my co-worker's voicemail. When I called and inquired, she said she's just doing what the dr asked. WHY WAS THAT OK?!

I have been going to PCP for more than 25 years. I can honestly say that even though people have changed throughout the years, my level of care has never waivered. I have had many surgeries and am a breast cancer survivor. Dr John Titus was the one who diagnosed me and took care of me throughout. Not only do I call them my Dr’s but I also think of them as friends of my family. If you have a problem, make sure to let them know. I know they would want it to be handled and have you happy.
