Horrible tint guy, it looks like it's first time working in tinting business. Horrible experience, customers, do your research and don't fall into cheap price for something you want a lifetime quality in your car. Unless it's a lease and you don't care the quality of their cheap unprofessional work.
I got bubbles and dirt all over and can't ask for refund because removing the tint especially in the back where there's defogger will damage the car.
They post pictures that seem look good but up close I can feel the car owners feel unsatisfied like
me.

A1 customer service! Let's be honest, that's the most important when it comes to getting our cars serviced. Called to make an appointment to get my windows tinted they Gave me a great price. I Showed up 15 mins early and they saw me right away! I will definitely recommend this place to others. Thanks for the great service

Had a great experience working with this auto shop and all the personnel. I called them last minute to see if they could squeeze me in to get my windows tinted because I ended up having the day off. They got back to me right away and found a way to get me in. Spoke to Eric over the phone-great customer service and he made it happen. Got there and met AJ (the tinting man himself) and he was really thorough with answering my questions and helping me with what would best suit my car based on the options allowed in CA and what would look best. As soon as our conversation was done he got right on it

I sent out a message to Prime Auto and within minutes I got a reply from Aramik who was professional and courteous.
We made an appointment for later on in the week. After I dropped it off I went to grab lunch and my car was ready by the time I got back.
No fuss, no muss.
Even though I shouldn't and should really learn my lesson, I'm going to come back and re-tint my windows.

I requested a quote through the Yelp quote request feature and received a quote back very quickly from Prime. We set an appointment and went through the window tint options. The price was excellent and the work was professional. I'm happy I chose Prime and am bringing them another vehicle to get the windows tinted as well. My Hyundai turned out great.
