Our driver was very accommodating. He was incredibly professional and the bus was amazing. It was clean, comfortable and was just what we were looking for. There was great communication and they were the best priced option! Great value! They made my husband’s birthday one to remember and I can’t thank them enough.

I had an awful experience! I was tryin to get stuff done last min (My falt) They want you to only e mail which sucks and then they sent a contract I didn’t see it till the next day when I saw it and the other e mail saying they cancelled are party bus instead of just calling. I went with a party bus out of Reno 110% better customer service

I was part of a bachelor party that hired this company for transport. The shuttle arrived later than promised and then died while we were loading up. I think it probably died before which is what caused them to be late, and instead of sending us a working shuttle, they just jumped it and hoped for the best.
Not only did the shuttle die, but it died in front of our driveway and they left it there, so our cars were blocked in the driveway, and we had to spend $120 on several uber xls to get to our reservation. No compensation or alternative arrangements were offered other than waiting 30 mins for

The owner, Majid, was great to work with in coordinating for a scavenger hunt as part of a marriage proposal, and his prices were very reasonable. The driver, John, was equally as good to coordinate with and executed my plan to perfection. He showed up early and was very professional and personable. The car was a little on the older side but well-kept, clean, and comfortable. Based on our experience, I would highly recommend Aladdin.
