A: The brand of the toothbrush is not as critical as the type of bristle and the size of the head. I had 1 appointment here with iSmile and was amazed at how well Sarah took her time with cleaning my teeth before getting my braces. I truly had in my mind that this was the PERFECT dentist for me. The only reason i am rating so low now is because i tried to schedule an appointment for an extensive cleaning due to me having braces with the receptionist i believe her name is Brooke, and was told that i wouldn't be able to book until around April 2022. Crazy thing is, i just called in yesterday trying to reschedule my cleaning that i had for this month and was able to reschedule for January 3rd 2022

I went in for a cleaning and a tooth ache after not being to the dentist in a while and Savannah went above and beyond to make me feel comfortable the entire time I was there. She walked me through everything we were doing and continued through out the cleaning to make sure I was comfortable with my tooth that was hurting. They were also quick to set me with my follow up appointments to fix what needed to be done before I even left the office! They are incredibly friendly and professional!

I had my first visit with them today and I loved it .. From the front desk on back . The hygienist was very friendly and had sense of humor. I was trying not to laugh while she was cleaning my teeth 😂 The dentist was also nice and explained what was going on and what I needed to do ..And Most importantly I was very comfortable.

I have always had a lot of anxiety about going to the dentist, and as a result I put off going for about 10 years. I was very anxious the day of my appointment, but everyone in the office was very kind, reassuring, and professional. They made me feel at ease and explained everything. Dr. Thompson was very personable and also took the time to answer any questions that I had. I would give my experience and this practice a 10 out of 10. Everyone from the receptionist to the dental hygienist, and especially Thompson were awesome!! Highly recommend!!!

I’m a new patient and I was totally blown away! Everyone was warm, welcoming and made sure the experience was comfortable. Savanna did a wonderful job on cleaning my teeth and she was extremely gentle. Dr. Thompson-Roberts was very sweet and sat down, took her time and talked to me about dental treatments for my next visit!
