As a product of divorce, I identify with how a family is impacted by divorce and the myriad of issues that come with it - custody, alimony, child support, property division, and so forth. Under the Uniform Premarital Agreement Act a prenuptial (or premarital) agreement is "an agreement between prospective spouses made in contemplation of marriage and to be effective upon marriage." Under the act, marital issues which may arise in respect to real property, the parties' business, income, pension plans maybe allocated prior to the marriage in order to trump distribution under California law.

The Atighechi Law Group aggressively pursues or defends Abduction/No Relocation Orders as they are not taken lightly and are very serious matters.
