I found this business through Google, and the experience was worth sharing. Bianca was very professional and kind. She explained the microdermabrasion procedure, so I was able to make the correct choice. When I arrived, she was prompt and considerate. The business decorations are lovely and therapeutic. She explained each step throughout the process and made me feel comfortable with the skincare she provided. I recommend her services.

There is a reason that Bianca has a 5-star rating from everyone!! She works her magic in everything she does! This was my second time getting a Brazilian wax ever, and Bianca took her time and did a great job! Imagine You New has a very peaceful atmosphere and she really takes her time with her clients which I love! During my wax, I found out Bianca is a skincare expert and has been doing it for over 20+ years! I definitely will be coming back.

Had my first appointment today with Bianca and she is the best! She evaluated my skin and came up with a personalized plan to get it in the best shape possible! My skin feels so smooth and clean. This place is a true gem! I've never felt more comfortable. The location easy to find, very clean and has a peacefulness I can't explain. I was given total attention to answer all my questions and expectations. The amount of 1:1 time was completely unexpected. So much knowledge and care was given. I can't wait to go back!

Such a waste of money. This did nothing for my skin and I was very unhappy with the "upgrade" I paid for. My boyfriend got this for me because I was wanting a younger look. I'm now spending money elsewhere that is actually helping. I would not recommend this service to anyone. It's a disgrace that anyone in healthcare or skincare that someone actually charges people for this service. It's very unethical.

I have never publicly complained or left a bad review for a company before. Trying to save you from being taken advantage of. She cancelled 20 minutes before my appointment & I was almost there. Said it was a schedule conflict. I prepaid so she has my $$ but won't refund & wont return messages. Wasted an entire Saturday. Very disappointed.Feel like I will never see that $$ again.

Sixteen incoherent emails later ( Don't waste your time calling) I received an appointment in JUNE.
Walmart quality services. My pedicure resembled my seven year old nails when she paints her own. Oh best part, I had to listen to the owner/estheticians lack of love life THE WHOLE TIME.
This establishment is absolutely ridiculous.

I had a groupon, but it expired due to the fact that when I first purchased it was so hard to schedule an appt. If you look at the groupon you are getting a lot of services at once, so unless you have a very open schedule, it is highly unlikely that you will find an available appt unless you take some time off ( ppl with jobs..it's hard to use that groupon). So since my groupon expired, I applied the value towards a swedish massage.
I would actually like to give this place a 3.5, A-OK +, because it's almost impossible to get a 5 from me most of the time, 4 I REALLY like you, and 3 stars

Unfortunately I had a similar experience to many of the ladies on here... Very rude staff, after driving an hour to get there, told me they wouldn't take a voucher even though they scheduled me based on the voucher. Facilities didn't look that great either.
There are plenty of other options in the St. Pete area that are MUCH better. And friendlier. Choose one of them instead.

First off, it's very hard to get someone to answer the phone. I came here only for facials but they aren't that good. I think I'll go back to my dermatologist for facials. They try to sell you so many add ons. Today I'm waiting for my appt and they are already 30 minutes behind. Turns out they never put me down on their calendar after I bought a package deal. They gave me my money back for being so screwed up. No more chances from me.
