Need A Break is a casual drop off childcare that was created for those hard working Mom's and Dad's who sometimes just "Need A Break"! We offer a loving, caring, and safe environment for your kiddos that focuses on active play, creativity, and imagination. We do crafts, make slime, color and paint, and have lots of fun!
We provide short term childcare on an as-needed basis so you can do those things you've been waiting for; like having a Mommy & Daddy date night, or attending that important meeting, going to a doctor appointment, or maybe just having a relaxing evening without the kiddos. We know everyone has busy schedules; especially those hard working Mom's and Dad's who rarely have a moment for themselves.

It is a wonderful place and they really care for your kids. I recommened asking them not to let your child in the jumper for my daughter got a small burn when she slid out of it. She didnt notice she had it but it did. I dont blame this on them at all, my daughter is clumsy. My daughter always asks to go back to play and see the friends she made there. The price is amazing just for an hour or 2 drop off with trustworthy people to watch your child. I prefer this over hiring a random babysitter.

I tried Need A Break for the first time today and would highly recommend it! This was the first time my 2 year old had been left with people he didn't know other than at the church nursery, and he had a blast! With no family around in town and babysitters that have failed to show up, I am so thankful that Need A Break is available, reliable, and they take good care of the kids! I will definitely become a regular now!

Highly recommend to all parents in need of childcare! Need-A-Break has always been incredibly kind with us & our toddler, very affordable, and, really, a relief for our family. We have been taking our almost 2 year old to NAB for a year now at least 1-2 times per week for weekly date nights, therapy, doctors appointments, etc. I am a stay-at-home mom and we have zero family within 6 hours of us. It feels SO great knowing that our little one is well taken care of while my husband and I nourish ourselves. Need A Break is my go to when I have to run an errand, go to the dentist, etc! It’s so clean and friendly in here! I was nervous at first, and every time I drove by I thought to myself “I really need to check that place out”... finally one day I did! I didn’t plan on leaving my daughter that day, but she sprinted for the slide and begged me to stay! 🤣 so I left her and had a wonderful kid free grocery shopping experience! 🤣💪🏻 It’s the little things when you have a 2 year old 🤷🏼♀️

My 5 children all love coming to Need a Break. They are aged 2 to 9 and everyone has lots of fun playing and crafting, and I feel extremely comfortable dropping them off. I am particular about how cares for my children, and I have always felt exceptionally welcome and that my kiddos are well cared for while there.

We moved into town and didn’t know ANYONE that could watch our 2 year old while we went to an early morning doctors appointment. The only available time the doctor had available was at 8a, and it was a 30 min commute. Need a Break doesn’t open until an hour later (at 8:30a).
Most drop in centers wouldn’t open early for just one kid, but the owners Trina and Cephren made an exception for us (since we couldn’t find anyone- and we tried for almost 3 weeks solid of asking everyone we knew).

Hey Mom's (and Dads) when you need a sitter for those emergency situations, shopping, doctor appointments or just a break for awhile this place is great. Took my 4 year old grandson there for the first time the other day and when I went to pick him up he didn't want to leave. He has been going to the casual drop off place in Franklin, TN for sometime, but now he likes Need A Break better. So happy we now have this available to us in Spring Hill. Trina and staff are great and we definitely will be going back.

Everything was fantastic! The staff was friendly and so good with our two year old. The center was clean, safe and well laid out. Lots of fun toys and activities! My husband & I went on a much needed date night and when we came back to pick up our two year old, he said he wanted to come back again. He LOVED it! I highly recommend Need A Break :)
