You have the absolute right to decide who will repair your vehicle! Many insurance companies will evaluate the cost of repairing your vehicle separately and independently from any repair shop. The insurance company will then work with the repair shop of YOUR choice to get your vehicle repaired.

It is Pennsylvania State Law: When you need auto body work done to your vehicle (car, truck, tractor trailer, SUV, bus) & you have insurance, YOU can take your vehicle to the repair shop of YOUR choice.Pennsylvania Acting Insurance Commissioner Michael F. Consedine said in a press release, "While many insurance companies work with preferred body shops, insurance companies are not permitted to require policyholders to use a specific shop."

Just had a 2018 F150 in for some damage to the box and rear bumper. They completed the work in a matter of days, which was waaay ahead of schedule. Danni kept me informed throughout the process before, during, and after. They coordinated everything with nationwide for me, lined up the rental with enterprise, and everything was incredibly streamlined. The work is pristine and perfect. It looks like a brand new truck. I couldn’t be happier and would recommend them 1000%.

The man is technically retired but tells me he's still visiting the office and checks in on them almost daily. The place is still his place; it's still named after him but other people run it for him. He tells me to call back at 8:00 to talk to **** and ask if anyone's free enough to make the run. He's a personable guy. Very nice. So I wait. For almost an hour. Call back and get **** on the phone and
