Please if you must buy parts from this company, please only buy if you do not have to talk to David. As a crusty old man, David obviously has no people skills and does not believe in Good Customer Service. Unfortunately, I purchased parts from him twice, first time thinking he was only having a bad day...second time, worst experience ever dealing with a business that I was trying to purchase parts from. He promised delivery within 24 hours and when I called 4 days later asking where my parts are, he ranted how he does not ship, Flint and Wallings ships, he just sells parts over the internet and

Ordered a part number on their website, I needed four bolts and the part number looked like it came with two bolts so I ordered two quantities of that part number. Unfortunately the part number only came with one bolt so I only got two bolts, I contacted the customer service and David immediately took care of me and saw how it might have looked confusing and they fixed it. Awesome work.

Having my well pump go out was not good. Finding David at Worldwide Power and Pump services was WONDERFUL! He answered every question I had, saved me nearly $100 on the pump I needed, and kept me from ordering the wrong part (which would have slowed my repair considerably). Thank you WWPP and thank YOU, David... for answering all my questions and for being so knowledgeable and willing to share tips and suggestions on everything from the parts I needed to the best practices and procedures during the install. :)
