I didn't have this company for cleaning, but they built a new deck for me. I would give the guys who actually built the deck a five because they were amazing - worked through horrible heat to finish the job! However there were issues regarding the price, which were eventually solved and also the timing of things. The deck wasn't finished until 5 weeks after it started. I understand there was a lot of rain, but there were stretches of good weather when the work could have been done. In addition, it looks really nice, but I would not walk on it in bare feet for fear of getting a splinter
