I wish I has seen these reviews before hiring this man. Demanded money up front to "order parts" and then never came back. He has stopped answering our phone calls and will not give a call back. This man is a thief. He now goes by R.C Appliance Service. Black and gold business card with a robot. 812-530-1376. DO NOT HIRE THIS MAN!!!

After a bunch of searching, I found this business. it was listed as closed down on google but he is indeed still working and ripping people off.
Richard came to my home on Nov 11 to access the problem with a dishwasher. He told us we needed a new motor. we told him we were doing the repair because it was hard to get a new Dishwasher during Covid. He assured us we would have the motor for us in a week and made an appt for the following week on Nov 18th to install it. We had to call to find out what was going on and he told us the part was not in and he would get back to us soon. He did not so we
