Wow! Incredible team and service. I was having issues with a noise in my tire and was genuinely concerned to drive. I stopped by without an appointment and despite being busy, they immediately accommodated me to address my concerns. Such great people (and a cute pup too)! 5 stars all the way

1-8-22: Mathew has restored my confidence in mechanics. For decades I would not bring my car to an auto shop up here due to many issues and work not being done properly. Mathew thank you for all you do - so glad to have found Fraser Tire and Auto. You will always get our business.
Ok another incredible experience. We took our Subaru in to have Matthew take a look at our car as we had some issues with our warning lights. He did a full diagnostic on our car and determined that we needed to have transmission work done. He also suggested that we might want to contact the dealership where we purchased

Definite 5-stars for this auto shop! We were driving a rental car when our engine started overheating because the coolant was low. We pulled up to the shop, they looked under the hood and correctly assessed the situation right away. They got us back on the road within 30 mins! They were quick, efficient, trustworthy, accurate, honest, nice and extremely affordable. I highly recommend this shop!

These guys are great. This is the only place I've taken my car since I've lived up here. They've always done a great job with the service on my car. Prices are very reasonable, especially for a mountain town. Thanks for serving our community!

Fantastic experience here. I rubbed against a snow bank and thought I had punctured my tire. Despite it being a busy Friday afternoon, Matthew and the team took a look as soon as they could. They found that my tire wasn’t actually punctured and fixed the real issue very quickly. And what’s more - they didn’t charge me because it was such a minor fix. I’m incredibly grateful for their help & understanding! Highly recommend.

Owner tried to charge me for unauthorized repairs. When we refused to pay he said that my business was no longer welcome and to never bring any of my vehicles back. A sensor was removed from my car and it affects the all wheel drive and safety systems.

Ended up with a nail in my tire coming into Empire, got it patched to make it over the pass, and was happy to find these guys. Despite being busy and backed up, they got me a new tire in, installed, and back in business the next day. Really awesome service, straight up, just got it done. Thanks Daniel, Matthew, Yuki, and the rest of the team!

Matthew and his team have great customer service. We got a flat tire on our rental and he was able to squeeze us into their books schedule.

Amazing experience. Our van began leaking oil while on vacation from Oklahoma. We showed up just before opening, and when a spot opened up, they dropped everything to help us. While working on our van, they loaned us a car to find something to do while waiting. The exact part we needed was miraculously available, and they got our van fixed within 5 hours.
Friendly, kind, and helpful people. Would recommend to anyone.
