I needed to move my car across country and Paden Ramey and his amazing team were on it. The pre-transport communication, the pickup, the delivery, were all flawless. I needed my car shipped from FL to IL. From the very start, I had great communication from the staff. Matt was very helpful and gave me clear and detailed instructions on the entire process. When it came time to pickup, I received a call about where to meet with ample time to spare (not just 5 minutes before like other car shipping services I have used). The pickup driver, Artur, came to a very convenient location close to my home and couldn’t have been nicer. It only took 2 days for my car to arrive to its destination!! I was referred to this place by someone and it was a huge disappointment. the Person who set up the service was too laid back and the driver was extremely RUDE. I moved to another state and had to be without a car for 2 days after being promised my car will arrive on the scheduled date. At the scheduled time of pick up we kept calling the driver but no response for almost 2 days. All the person said was "I apologize" vs calling me and accommodating me financially or some type of acknowledgement of poor service. Funny how these companies want full payment but offer poor customer service

I’m so delayed with writing this review. I contacted Matt on a Friday afternoon For a request to ship a car from Orlando to Georgia by Tuesday.
He was very upfront that since it’s the weekend I won’t hear anything back and that he can’t guarantee that timeline.
He kept me in the loop the entire way and got me the car ahead of schedule.
I can appreciate when people aren’t just trying to make a sale but instead are just being upfront. I came here looking for my review tonight because I’m prepping to move another car this week.

We used USL to ship our car across the country. From start to finish our agent, Matt Tincher, was fabulous. He truly went above and beyond.
An issue arose out of no fault of USL and yet Matt promptly took a call - after hours - and remedied the situation immediately. I only hoped he had an additional contact number for me and instead he solved the whole problem within minutes. I would absolutely use this company again and would reach out to Matt to work with him directly if he were still available.

I had a horrible experience with another company that my moving company recommended. We moved from CA to TN and our cars were originally scheduled to be moved 5/30 for our 5/31 move. The other company confirmed Thursday 5/29 that they would be there Saturday. I called the driver to see what time he would be there Saturday and was told by him “he hopes to be there Monday” as he was just leaving TN to drive to CA to pick up the cars. I was in a quick pinch to move my car from Manhattan to Santa Barbara. Matt quickly replied and gave me complete confidence that my car would get picked up before I had to leave - something other companies could not provide. And, he was the most competitive on his price! They showed up on time and my car was delivered in 8 days!
