They were so friendly and so helpful with my tires when I went in. They will be the only people I will go to from now on. They were so honest too. They had ordered my tires and when they thought they were in. They weren't!! Yet still they helped me get a different tire on one side. I work for the post office and definitely needed that one replaced. Cause I had left this morning and it was flat. Thanks guys you were all so awesome!!

I’ve been frequenting Firestone for years. Today, I went for a visit to fix a flat on my Mazda. The folks at Firestone had 0 customer service or urgency and tried (right as I walked in the door) to short me on service and upsell me on something I didn’t need- plus they quoted me hours for the service. I called over to Hollingsworth, they said they… could take it immediately. They grabbed the tire the second I walked in the door, took it straight back, fixed it without any upselling or haggling and put it on my vehicle in a matter of minutes. I went into Hollingsworth for an oil change and to my delight it was $51 cheaper, yes $51 cheaper, than my last oil change! Not only was the service fast but the people were friendly. And I learned they were incredibly honest. $51 cheaper! I will never go anywhere else but Hollingsworth for service on my vehicle.

Not exactly how I planned to begin my holiday weekend. A dead battery at five o'clock. I hurriedly called and Chris answered. He sent Brandon across the street to jumpstart me. Then we went to the shop. Got a new battery. And we were done.

Mr Hollingsworth answered the phone after hours and offered to wait on me to get there, from Rivergate, knowing it was questionable if my tire would hold air. I had to stop and get air in Ridgetop. I FINALLY arrived, he ordered my tires (Merry Christmas to me) and let me hang out until someone would pick me up! Incredible customer service! THANK YOU from the bottom of my heart!
