I emailed this company and an hour or so later was contacted by Bryson Abernathy. He called my phone and politely left a message. He was not in my contacts and was sent to my voicemail by my app.
I called him back and discussed what I needed. He gave me an appointment time for the same day. He showed up exactly as expected. He climbed on my roof made his assessment by walking the complete roof. He came down and told me I would receive an estimate the next day.
Next day received estimate. We communicated back and forth about shingle and color options. Less than a week later We had a beautiful

I LOVED working with this company! Gabe and Wes were wonderful and they understood my frustration I was having with my old roof. They were knowledgeable and gave me tips on how to decide the type of roof material I needed and what works best with my budget. I now have an amazing new roof! I was referred to Capital by my neighbor. My neighbor told me they did great work, are honest people and easy to work with. My neighbor was spot on! I worked with Gabriel and Wes throughout the entire process from inspection, to installation. Communication, which seems to be a dying art form, was fantastic. Everything happened exactly the way Gabriel and I discussed. The crew did a great job on the roof and completed the project at a very impressive speed. Capital Roofing replaced our roof in June 2020. We had shopped several roofing companies that did “inspections” and quotes. Capital Roofing was the only company that showed integrity and honesty during this process. Also, Capital was the only company that didn’t rush the inspection process and pressure us to make an immediate decision.
