Vda Productions
We have been bringing visions and brands to life for corporate meetings, tradeshows, themed events, and permanent installations, nationally and around the globe, for over 30 years. With some of the top creative minds in the industry, we strive to create innovative and dynamic approaches for our clients that transform their events into fully immersive 3D marketing experiences.

Events are about people and connections, and at VDA, our process begins with a conversation. We firmly believe that establishing a strong partnership throughout the planning and development stages plays a vital role in designing "game day" solutions. Be prepared to answer A LOT of questions, and not just your standard, "What are the dates?" and "Where is your event?"
Services
Experiential Marketing & Event Design Agency based in Massachusetts creating brand experiences that drive business growth through client collaboration & creative thinking. At VDA, our clients - and their goals - drive our designs, allowing us to craft memorable events, catered to client objectives, that build connections and drive responses in attendees.
Outside The Box had the privilege of working with VDA Productions for design, fabrication and installation of our branding pieces for our inaugural festival on Boston Common and City Hall Plaza this July. The short of it is that VDA is an exceptional production company and we highly recommend. From our first appointment we were treated with the utmost professionalism.
The VDA Re-purposing Initiative reduces waste and supports Arts and its community through its donations. The past several years, we have expanded participation in the initiative by reaching out to various theatre, artist, and upcycling groups. We have numerous public school teachers, children's camps, as well as educational programs like Parts and Crafts and Fire Seed Arts involved too.
The most successful live event experiences engage attendees and amplify your brand. In all our years of helping companies - we've never met a client who wanted us to help them deliver a "cookie-cutter" event. It is about striving to create flawlessly executed, knock-out experiences that are authentic to your brand.
Who are we designing meetings for? Most people would say Millennials, but with the advent of Generation Z upon us, it is crucial to shift the focus and design with Gen Z in mind - to stay ahead of the. In an earlier entry, we introduced our newest series of blog posts highlighting the different branches of the fabrication team - paint, metal, and woodworking.

Company appears to be in major transition. Sloppy communication and creative follow through. Bright account service freelancers not valued enough. ($ paid them after taxes) Senior creative has-beens.
