Spoke to a gentlemen named Walt, irregardless to a running board for my 50 chevy 1/2 ton that it was ordered from these guys, provided pictures of the short running board that they sent me which doesn't match the length of the original spec in length and all he said was hey we did a 53 and sent me pictures of their blue truck with running boards and still in the picture have a gap. Which it's not suppose to. So make a long story short I would NOT recommend ordering new replacement parts for a classic truck from these guys because they will not solve your issue if what they sent you doesn't fit

Absolute worst aftermarket parts company going..
A bunch of liars… They’re nothing more than a drop shipper… Website shows “in stock” when ordered, now it’s “coming from supplier”
About the only thing they are able to accomplish quickly was charging my credit card….
Take my advice… run, don’t walk away from these hucksters….

They are a good company the prices are good and they are quality products I just wish the communication was better. My items took 14 days which was to be expected (shipping to winnipeg canada) but after my purchase there was a very bare confirmation email and I only recieved my order confirmation and tracking numbers after my order was delivered already, realistically for the price of shipping I would of expected a slightly more effort but I'll still do business with them for the sake of the quality

Parts took longer to get than anticipated. Vehicle they were originally supposed to be put on ended up getting sold, so I had to not only pay for the items to get shipped here, but also had to pay almost double to get them shipped back.
To add insult to injury, they conveniently left out the 20% "restocking fee" for an item that wasn't even opened. Now for something that originally cost me almost $350 just to get it sent to me, ended up spending over $70 just to get it sent back in addition to the wonderful $62 they took off the top. So between the restocking fee and shipping alone, this ordeal

Ordered custom seat upholstery for my 1973 F100. Colors are great. Stitching looks factory. I even liked the price.. I had a really good experience ordering from them, and I just want people to know. It took less than 6 weeks to receive my upholstery, and it took me less than 4 hours to install it, by myself.

I ordered a bench seat reupholstery kit for an older truck. The install was easy, all of the factory clips lined up and the seat looks and feels great. They sent me samples beforehand and the final order was accurate and on time. They even went out of their way to hold the order for me when I was temporarily second guessing the color. I would definitely order from this company again.

One time I ordered a few panels from them and one panel was the wrong size.I talked to what I believe was the manager and she just wouldn't take the responsibility that they had made a mistake.
Very sarcastic person over the phone,she kept asking me what I had when I had already told her over and over,then she tried telling me the part I ordered was correct to my order history.Yet all the other panels were correct because I ordered them correctly.
The truck that was in my order history was correct.
I will buy my replacement panels from people who respect their customers and know what the heck

Very disappointed. purchased a poly fuel tank and installed. Leaked at the sender because the seal provided swelled up and popped out. Performed my own test by soaking the seal in gasoline. Found it wasn't impervious to gas and it swelled up to an additional 5/8" diameter from original. Took photos with a tape measure and with a sender to prove the problem. No refund and only offered a new seal made of the same material as the first. Bought a steel tank from another company and chalking this up to a $184.00 lesson. Jeff

Terrible experience with Raybuck. I ordered parts that were " instock" recieved a conformation email saying my order will arrive within a week. One week and a day I call to find out when my parts would arrive. They forgot to let me know that the parts are backordered and couldn't even tell me when they would have them. I ordered the same parts this morning from Rock Auto and they are already on the way.
