I went here to see victor sierra because I was referred to him. I waited up to an hour after my appointment time with no updates. When I asked for an eta, the receptionist casually said he usually takes a while and jokingly said "he owns the place so he does what he wants." This was not an answer I was expecting. After that ridiculous reply I left. I was not given an update/eta until I asked and they did not offer other options until after I asked. This facility is not professional and should actually respect appointment times. What is the point of having an appointment if you have to

My sister came to this place to file for her taxes. We never thought these business was going to be doing fraud! My sister had to go file for her taxes to another place, Cal Mex Immigration Services and she was then notified by this man that this “business” place did fraud. That it was put wrong amounts in the filling of her paperwork. My family and I used to go to this place for our taxes. I took my boyfriend to this tax place, we went in to see Marcos because my aunt had advice us to. We had gotten a quote from HR block where my boyfriend prepared the taxes himself online, we came in to see if Marcos can help us get more, he ended up giving us a lower quote and of course expect us to charge a fee of $120 so basically we'd be getting much less. When we told him we didn't want it, he gave us the most disgusting attitude and threw our papers at us and said he didn't offer free quotes. Not to mention he was not so nice the whole time. ALSO our appointment was at 9AM

Not trust worthy. So the man says "the Bank" would charge $90 for e-file (electronic filing) ON TOP of $80 for taxes. I called many places to see what the e-file fees were and they were like "what extra fee, theres no extra fees for e-file..." I guess my friend was right when she told me they rip people off. They kept her money and still didn't get residency.

I filed my 2016 and 2017 taxes at Sierra Tax Service and both experiences were top-notch! They really know their stuff and they are very, very professional. All staff are friendly as well as bilingual (English/Spanish). The one down side is that they're oftentimes crowded which shows how popular and trusted they are, but also isn't ideal for every client. Still, I'm so glad I found Sierra Tax Service and will continue filing my taxes here.

I highly recommend this place, especially Victor Jr! He worked with my schedule since I live 45 minutes away and was going to be in the area the day after I called to make an appointment. He wasn't going to be at the office that day, but he went and fit me in his schedule. That to me, shows that customer satistaction is his number 1 priority! First and last time ever going to them. They completely messed up my taxes and it is now going to be July and still have not received my tax refund. I called to ask if i could speak to Victor Jr. he apparently is never there, so i spoke to the woman that answered, she stated I needed to call the IRS and ask them what is going on... first off, i payed Victor Jr. to do my taxes, shouldn't it be his responsibility to call the IRS to check what is going on? i told her they needed to call. I've been coming here do get my taxes done ever since high school. I'll make my appointment a few days ahead of time and it's really simple. It's really close to my house so that's even better. I walk in and one of the ladies greets me and asks if I have an appointment. I only had to wait 30 seconds. I did my taxes with ruby. She is always really nice, friendly and accommodating. I had a couple questions and she answered them and that was that. This whole process took about 5 or 10 minutes. I got in, ruby helped me, and I got out. It was simple and friendly.
