The product the company uses is not good at all, I did two whitefly treatment for my ficus, and my ficus is dying, now it is worse than before, even I did two treatments within 2 weeks, I never saw any improvement .. I called to the company and the person that I spoke to, couldn't give any information and told me she will call me back, and never did.

I've had a problem of "dust" in corners of almost new cabinets. I was fearful of a dormant infestation in cabinets imported from China. We tried one of the bigger national companies first. Over the phone without seeing out "dust" I was assured it must be carpenter ants and pressured to commit to a very expensive plan. Well, instead I phoned these folks. A very nice person came the next day and assured me that it's probably just dust from something else. Their care plan was also much more affordable than that of the national company. I'm very disappointed in this company. First, I'd like to mention that their customer service was top notch and that's the only reason why I'm giving them 2 stars and not 1.
I had issues with termites as well as insects and rodents in my home and Pest Doctor had the best prices and customer service. I was told that fumigated the house for termites WOULD also kill the insects and rodents so I went with that option. The best experience i had in Miami in 6 years . For the past 5 days i was trying to have someone go check a property that i own in Miami Beach. Shoer story, i lost 5 days with promises and voice mails till today. I called the Pest Doctor at 11 am and by 1 pm i had someone inspecting the property. And the best part ..... it wasn't termites. How about that for a honest answer? And in less that 30 min i had a quote if i decide to proceed anyway. It was the only answer i didn't expect. For their fast response and honesty, definitely they will be my first choice for the future . Good by termites
