Extremely satisfied with our service and repair at Mark's shop. We had an Apple all in one computer that was locked up. The unit was right at 3 years old. After doing some diagnostics it became clear there were other issues. Mark was great at keeping us abreast of the situation. He gave us options all along the way saving us money.

I believe Mark went the extra mile to ensure he did everything needed to do to complete the recovery process on my computer. Mark is prompt at completing the work on your computer to get you up and running ASAP and prompt at answering phone calls and messages. He is very knowledgeable and explains the computer issues in layman's terms and was very helpful in guiding me in the direction of a new computer that suited my personal/small business needs. I can't say enough about the quality of his work

Mark.s total handling of my outdated computer system was top notch! He was able to clean up of old files and installment of many new programs and updates. He also was able to provide advice on changing internet service for better quality performance. overall, the experience was professional and i would recommend his service. He was able to explain and answer all questions and spent the extra time needed to do the job right!!
