Since 2007, with the opening of the first store in the Las Canitas neighbourhood, it offers a totally innovative concept in health and beauty care, in a natural way. I purchased a western omelette platter and it was fine. I didn't enjoy it but there was nothing wrong with it. I will come back and try something different like their coffee or one of their pastries. And maybe even a different omelette. I like the look of the store. It looks clean and modern whitch allows me to want to give them another shot with a different product.

Workers do not wash hands and change gloves between orders and use the same tongs,when preparing salads, for all items with no regard to allergies. When hands are moist inside of gloves you are to remove gloves, wash hands, dry and put on a fresh pais of gloves. THEY DON'T!!! THIS NOT ONLY PUTS PEOPLE AT RISK FROM BACTERIAL INFECTION AND ALLERGY RISK. THIS VIOLATES FOOD HANDLING REGULATIONS!!!

Got an iced coffee for my brother, my brother called me and said he didn't want it anymore. So I asked if I can get a refund, the guy looked at me, laughed & continued doing what he was doing. So I asked "yes or no". That's when he stops doing what he was doing walks to the register & before he proceeds to attempt a refund he looks towards his coworker "monica, she wants a refund after I just made the iced coffee" I told him "it was so unnecessary to communicate that w her" Bc what was that helping with the situation.

Very pricey, but worth every penny. The breads are very fresh. Nice sandwich combo's. And I have to get a salad every time I go in there. Again I say very pricey, but their salads are delicious. I usually get almost every side w/my salad. It's a complete meal, delicious, filling, healthy, & satisfying.

I was excited to see some vegi options upon returning to BA 13 years later...
However... A hair in the salad, overly dry & overly large bread/buns on the vegi burger & the portobello sandwich was a bummer.. Never got water I asked for, the ice tea was suuuuper sweet, which is great if you like sweet tea. The foam on our cappuccino tasted really salty for some reason.
The wifi gets bogged down by a lot of people but was fast enough to write this review!!

First off, the Natural Deli is called "Go In". Or at least that is what the name of the store says. Nowhere does it say Natural Deli. And the address is also the wifi password, which I thought was very cute!
There was only one waiter the entire restaurant, and he zooms around trying to do everything. Poor guy!
The food as you see in the pictures are well presented, nice and the store or cafe interior is bright and well decorated so we liked it very much.
I have detracted one star as by the time we got our eggs and our toasts, they were all cold. And a cold breakfast is not very appetizing
