Friendly, responsive and accommodating. Buddy's made my moving experience so much better. The entire experience was cathartic. We were able to shed all of our old, damaged and overwhelming junk without judgment. Extremely reasonable price too!

First off, I should have done this MONTHS ago... my uncle passed away in the Portland area & I live 4hrs away in WA, he had been in his house 40yrs & I don't think the man ever threw a thing away. Once they arrived, they were quick! I had everything in the garage for them to pick up so easy job (at least I think so)! Two reasons I didn't give them a full five stars- the initial appt I made had to be rescheduled (I did agree to it but still a bit annoying since I had scheduled my day around it). Also, the cost was quite a bit more than initially quoted (and yes, I know it was just an estimate based on a description) and definitely way more than I expected or prepared for, but I just wanted everything finally cleared out of my garage, so I had them do the job. I used Buddy's Junk Removal to get rid of a load of stuff from my wife's apartment after we got married. They were very responsive, very professional and communicated very well. The process was quick and painless. About two weeks later I hired them again to help remove some left over construction debris from a renovation project. Again, very high marks. I recommend them and I will personally use them again when the need arises.

Although I didn't go with Buddy for a job I requested a quote on, he got back to me very quickly with a competitive quote and I would have gone with him if not basically for a coin flip. I can see that he is professional, trustworthy, and deserving of the great reviews.

Buddy's was great. They gave me a good, two hour window for when they'd be by and then called on the day of to give me an actual time they'd be the. My job this time was important but definitely not a fun haul. They worked quickly and hard without a gripe. They were pleasant and easy to work with and totally reasonable. I will definitely be calling Buddy's from now on for any hauling needs I have. Also, I'm just a middle aged lady who found them on Craigslist. This is not a solicited review, I just had a great experience and needed to write.

Ian and Josh were totally awesome. Not only were they friendly, they worked quickly and efficiently. Tetris master players would be jealous of their truck-loading skills! Of the few haulers I called, they were the only ones who answered the phone and made an appointment convenient to our schedule. I felt like Buddy's really went the extra mile for us. I did a yard clean up while visiting at my daughter's house in Portland, and called Buddy's junk removal. He was there the next day, removed my pile of junk (mostly construction debris), all handled very professional. All arrangements and payment were made over the phone, as I was on the road.

I had called multiple people to inquire about some garbage removal from our garage. Buddy was very quick to respond and even offered to come and take a look at what we needed hauled away before having me pay. He was pleasant and extremely fair. Easily the best price around. I hired Buddy and his team to remove and haul away and aging 4FT high x 170FT long picket fence from my front yard. The fence was cemented in place by a 4x4 post every 8FT so was quite a bit of work to undertake by myself.

To my surprise, Buddy was able to come out the very next day and for a price much better than the other 2 places I had bid this. The 3 person crew showed up on time and made quick work of the old fence. Everyone was extremely professional and well prepared as other reviewers have indicated.
