Great office to go to! Everyone was extremely nice and helpful! Especially Ray! What a gem! He came out to my car and helped me with my scooter, getting it out and putting it back into the trunk of my car. Since my appointment isn't until tomorrow I will give feedback on previous visits. It is always nice to visit Dr. Sana'a office. Ray is always friendly and pleasant when I arrive. The wait to get to the exam room is always a short one. The other staff members are also pleasant, professional and reflect credit on Dr. Sana. Dr. Sana himself is also pleasant and very professional. I have great confidence that feet are holding up well after his examinations.

The front office is the most efficient I’ve encountered at any medical office. If all my family’s health appointments were handled by Ray I certainly would have extra hours in my day. Dr. Sana’s level of education and experience in healing foot and ankle issues are a blessing. I play sports regularly and work requires me to spend hours standing. My life has been changed by the care they provide.

Doc fit my in last minute to see my broken foot. Appointment was quick and easy after I finished filling out all my paperwork. He explained to me what I needed to do and all the next steps and kept asking if I had any questions. I’ve never had surgery so I am nervous but he kept reassuring me I’ll be okay and it won’t be too bad. 10/10 doctor.

I had many ingrown toe nails as a child and was extremely traumatized from those experiences. I was terrified going into my appt but from the moment I walked in each staff member was so welcoming and understanding of my anxiety. Ray called me as soon as I submitted my appt request online and from the moment I picked up the phone I knew I was in good hands. Jocelyn did an absolute amazing job numbing me up, I didn’t even feel the needle go in which was the number one thing I was scared about.
