I’ve heard sooo much about Renaissance and decided to try it out today. I am a hairstylist and I have a bad shoulder so I booked a back, shoulder, and neck massage. Jade was AMAZING. She explained why certain… spots felt like they did and what to do in the future to take care of my muscles better. She was very thorough and we finally landed on a pressure that I never knew I needed. Very accommodating, professional, and understanding. I already booked my next session with Jade! 🙌🏼 Can’t wait!

The Owner will call you a liar and claims she can’t return any merchandise when you can buy the same product online and return it if needed. At the very least I wouldn’t buy any product from them, it is less… expensive online also. They lost a customer and she would rather me cancel two massage appointments less than a week away then give any discount or refund. Since I was told I could return it that is what I expected to be able to do. Lesson learned! After many many years of doing only business with them I am taking my business where they won’t call me a liar.

Whatever you do do NOT purchase a gift certificate for Renaissance Day Spa. It is a scam. They only sell gift cards to keep the money without actually giving you any service. If you have a gift card you will have to book 6 months out. Then the date will keep getting pushed until either they won't honor the gift card or you move, and under no circumstances will they refund your money even though they have rendered no services and have not been able to since the day you purchased it. If you are military, someone who has to move, or even someone who just has a busy schedule please be aware this place

The best day spa in the area, hands down. The entire building is exceptionally clean, and the second you walk in the building, the front desk staff is always friendly and accommodating. You can tell all the service providers are held to a high standard, because I've never received anything less than a 5-star service. It's such a relaxing environment, and a spa day here feels like a mini-vacation in the city. I've told my husband that all I want for any holiday or anniversary are more gift certificates here!

I’ve gotten 2 Deep Cleansing Facials here and they were both amazing experiences. Though pricy, it is a spa after all and with the service, cleanliness, quality and overall experience it is worth it. My face literally feels so amazing after this and I feel so calm when I’m there. Definitely recommend!

My first time ever having a spa experience. I can say I will be visiting again. I was worried because I have anxiety, however this was such a relaxing experience. The staff is amazing, very nice and professional. I really enjoyed the services I received with my gift certificate. They were able to help me with a skin care routine for my problem areas as well. Which I personally loved ❤️ Go book your appointment you won’t regret it!

Renaissance Day Spa had a real opportunity to deliver fantastic customer service and unfortunately failed to do so. I have never had an enjoyable experience there but this latest occurrence really set the… example of how they do business. I was given 3 gift certificates over a period of time and during the pandemic, one of them expired. I have one that was issued in 2017 but it seems those issued during that time have no expiration. My concern is that they were unwilling to honor the gift certificate that expired in late 2020. While they stated that they extended some certificates out 60

Cheyenne is so very helpful and is very discreet and clear when discussing transactions and services. She is also very pleasant and understanding and will help you gladly with your needs. Nicki is the absolute best esthetician I have EVER had for waxing services. She is very professional and very thorough. She is fast and has a couple of times squeezed in an extra service that wasn’t booked. She is extremely knowledgeable and experienced with what she does. For every question I asked she gave me so much relevant information to help me make custom decisions for my needs. I always had a great time
