Stay away from this title company! They were brought in on a property I was selling and dropped the ball at every step of the process. They waited until less than an hour before the closing to verify if they had all the necessary documents (turns out they didn't!), mixed up my paperwork to sign (gave me someone else's first!), misspelled my wife & I's names multiple times on the paperwork (with multiple variations of misspellings), filled out parts of the contract inaccurately (some without ever asking us for information, other after asking us - and then still putting down the wrong info), and
