Ed Huffman III has been in the automobile business since he was 17 years old. Huffman's Auto Refinishers opened in 1987 at its present location. Hundreds of vehicles were repaired for both customers and insurance companies. In 1996, the repair business evolved into Huffman's Auto Sales, the year Eddie Jr. was hired as a salesman.
Some of our vehicles have sustained damage caused by collision, which in many cases, is minimal requiring little-to-no repair. We also have storm damage, recovered theft, fresh water flood, vandalism, smoke damage, street purchase and many trade ins. Many of these vehicles are inspected and ready to drive home from the lot!

Title Notarization fulfills the formal requirement to transfer ownership of the vehicle from the existing to new owner. Please remember, DO NOT SIGN forms or proof of ownership unless you are in the presence of a notary. Prematurely signing a title, for example will "deface" the proof of ownership and render the document useless.
Huffman's Auto Sales offers notary services to help make life easier. Once your documents are notarized, we can help you make any necessary copies and help send them where they need to go. Fast and friendly service every time. Laws vary by state and some documents may require witnesses in addition to the notarization.
We require valid current identification for all transactions and some will also require the title, registration card or additional forms, please call or email with any questions you may have about special situations. Some counties have an additional $5 fee imposed by the county, collected at registration, please check the fact sheet to see if you are in one of the participating counties.
We DO NOT inspect motorcycles, heavy trucks over 10,000 lbs., or trailers over 10,000 lbs. All test fees include the cost of labor for the inspection and stickers, but not the cost of parts, repairs, additional labor, adjustments and title work. No additional charges shall be made for re-inspection, if necessary, within 30 days of the original inspection at this station.

Not sure what they're hiding. I can't get a simple answer from them about one of the vehicles they're selling. I just wanted to know if the frame was rusted out or not and every time they tell me to come to check it out or avoid the question. I'm 3 hours away and you can't tell me if the frame is rusted through? I realize staffing is a problem these days but it's been over 3 weeks and I've asked once a week (I thought that was a fair time to remind them and not bother them too often).

Drove 3 hours from Ohio to view and purchase my vehicle. Eddie knew I was coming and had the van ready for my inspection and test drive. The purchase was seamless and easy. Documentation was quickly prepared and within a short time and a break for pizza we was on our way back to Ohio. I had no problems with title transfer and the vehicle is as described. I found the the people to be friendly, and attentive. Family like.

I bought a 2013 Subaru Outback with a Floodwater title for a good price four months ago and still love it. It had 95,000 miles on it at the time I bought it and I have already but 11,000 miles with no issues. When I have taken the car in to local mechanics for regular maintenance, they've commented on how the car is in great shape.
The buying process was super nice too. They allowed me to take my time inspecting and driving a few vehicles without being overbearing.

Highly recommend this place. Huge selection of cars with varying levels of work needed. Many are ready to drive off the lot with no work at all. Great prices. Wonderful, helpful staff. I worked with Mike (Salesman) and Ed (owner I believe) and they were both great and super helpful. I definitely plan on going back again in the future. They have an inhouse notary so you are able to purchase and transfer your vehicle within an hour and be out the door. Definitely recommend this place.
