I rarely write reviews online but I do when I receive excellent service. I just wanted to say thank you to Legends. I worked with Shawn and everything was done in such a timely manner. It's very hard when you lose someone, but with Legends being so efficient and easy to work with, it takes some weight off your shoulders. I highly recommend them and appreciate them, and they are very affordable. Thanks Legends for making this process a little bit easier for me during this difficult time!

Update: They have the BEST customer service ever! The kindness and compassion I received when I lost another loved one in February 2021 was astounding. I needed people like them when I was beside myself with grief. They treat you like family and you don't know what to do or where to turn, they were there to guide me through it. During the past two years, John Goodnight and Jonathan Snell have helped my siblings and me navigate the process of burying our parents with compassion, kindness and total professionalism. The Legends team has made a process that is incredibly difficult so much more pleasant through their kind, friendly, and incredibly helpful approach. Victor was always available when I called, no matter the time, and was very proactive in helping us navigate the whole process. And they're also very quick--even during covid, they were able to help us within a few days. They offer the lowest prices of all the homes I called in the area, but you would never know that from the high level of service and professionalism of the whole staff. I'd highly recommend them!
