Having been relocated through work (four different states the past ten years), I have dealt with many Stihl dealerships. The range in customer service varied, of course, but Wateree Trailer & Supply always came through for me; even in a pinch. Mr. Hunt was always a pleasure to work with and was extremely knowledgeable about their line of products.
Recently I drove to Wateree Trailer Supply but the gate was closed and there was no equipment in the parking lot. I drove down the road to the local petroleum station to turn around and that is when I saw an individual fertilizing the grass.

This has to be the WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE PLACE E.V.E.R!!!! The owner lost over a $900 sale! If stihl offers a package then as an AUTHORIZIED DEALER you need to honor those! He was very unwilling to !!!!! Find another dealer like HILTON equipment. Had to drive another 18 miles but they sold me what i needed and what STIHL offered!

I remember driving to pick up my car after having a hitch and wire package put on, I was upset because it looked like they hadn't even touched my car. I went in and the guy Charles came out to see it. When Mr. Hunt came over, I asked if he wasn't able to get to it today. He said, "It's done." I said I don't see the hitch. He then showed me how it was hidden away with a cover to keep dirt from getting in it. That was an added bonus. Awesome service! Upfront pricing. Will definitely come back to do business again with them. Now to just convince them to add warm baked chocolate cookies for the customers

The two gentlemen I spoke with were very helpful. Took about 5 - 10 minutes to obtain a quote to get my 5th wheel hitch installed. Highly recommend this business for any trailer supplies. :)
5/22/18. Update: I had my truck there about 8:05 a.m. Received a phone call around 11:30 a.m. and my truck was ready for me to pick up. Now, that's good service!! :) :) Try them yourself and if you don't get good - - excellent to outstanding service. :)

This is the place where I have purchased all of our landscape companies equipment. Billy and Mike are friendly and very knowledgeable of the equipment and supplies they sell their trailers are excellent quality. And once you become a regular customer they take care of you like you are family. I would not go anywhere else but Wateree Trailer Supply to take care of the needs for my company. They also work on our equipment and service it. And it is handled Timely and is of great quality.
