The client was riding a recreational vehicle belonging to a friend. She lost control and struck a tree. Unfortunately, as a result of the accident, she died from her injuries. After an accident that was clearly not my fault, my insurance company was being more than difficult. It didnt matter that my injuries were documented, proven & life altering.
