TOLEDO BAIL BONDS, LLC is owned by Mark Hill, a professional surety bail bondsman with over 13 years experience in the bail bond industry. Mark is a graduate of The University of Toledo, where he received a Bachelor of Business Administration degree, minoring in International Business. After helping his brother Eric open and operate Blue Collar Bonding in 2003, Mr. Hill opened Toledo Bail Bonds, LLC in 2010.
Bail is the process by which an arrested individual obtains release from custody after being booked. Our security door locks at 5:00 pm - after 5:00 pm scroll down to "Toledo Bail Bonds" on the keypad outside the entrance door and press the GREEN phone button or call us from your cell phone when you arrive.
Ohio State law states that all Bail Bondsmen, are required to charge and collect the full 10% bail bond premium, along with any applicable fees such as travel or court fees. At Toledo Bail Bonds, LLC we realize that arrests are most often unplanned. If you have special circumstances or need to make payment arrangements, please call us and we can discuss our bail premium payment program.
