Below are the basic steps in the collision repair process. 1 Prepare, provide and explain estimate and complete repair process, as well as advice on rental car and towing. 2 Pre-order parts, if needed, so your vehicle spends less time in the shop waiting.
NCRC provides free, detailed estimates on all collision repairs for both major and minor accidents. Estimates usually take 10 to 15 minutes to complete, depending on the extent of damages. If you prefer not to wait, we will gladly email or fax it to you. We are committed to restoring your vehicle to it's pre-accident condition in a timely manner.
All of NCRC's technicians are I-CAR certified. I am new to middle Tennessee so when my car needed repairs I was skeptical about taking it somewhere new and now, I will never take it anywhere else!! The whole team was top-notch, professional, & very personalized in their customer service. Lindsey at the front desk is very kind and kept me updated periodically on repairs. When we got hit, there was no doubt where we would go for our repairs. What I like about this shop is that it is independently owned. You the customer comes first! After market parts are discouraged. They pay attention to detail. We have some work that needs to be done cosmetically in the near future and we plan to have them do the work. Loyalty & work ethic still counts for something.

My wife was rear ended late on a Monday afternoon and her car was towed to a city lot. Lindsay walked me through the process of getting the vehicle released to their shop and filing an insurance claim with State Farm, the insurance carrier of the other driver. Nolensville Collision is a State Farm approved shop which really expedites the process.
We could not believe it when the car was repaired “good as new” by Friday morning the same week after a substantial amount of damage. Lindsey and the team are fast, professional and exceeded our expectations. I would highly recommend.

The fit and finish of the BLACK paint matched the OEM quality for a seamless repair. Very fast turnaround and great communication throughout the entire process.

I will always recommend this place! Lindsay, Marcelle and Chris were all so helpful when I brought my 2019 RAV4 in to have the trunk door fixed. They estimated it would take two days to repair but they had it done in ONE! The work is flawless too! And the quoted price they gave me was the cheapest I had received. Another place I took it to wanted to charge me over double what N.C.R. quoted me. Thanks guys!!
