Carl Webber came over to quote me a painting project. I only had 2 walls and a lot of prep. He gave me a "well about $..", and we can do that next week. I also asked for a quote for another room and the exterior of my house. This was on a Thursday. I also asked for a Certificate of Insurance and he responded, "we usually only give those out for big jobs" ???? On late Tuesday I called and he said that they had a big job come in and it will be a couple of weeks before they can get to mine.
