The Will looks perfect. It was difficult however finding a notary to sign. They said that it was not Louisiana compliant for minor details. We eventually found a notary who also stamped that they did not write the Will. It is outlined professionally and easy process otherwise.

It is my opinion that 3 stars is an acceptable rating. Anything higher than that requires service above and beyond what one would normally expect. There was nothing exceptional about your service and if more people would give ratings like mine, the ratings would be more meaningful.

This was a very easy, user-friendly way to create a professional will. My will is basic (one person gets everything) but the tool will help guide you through the process even if you are dividing up your estate among many beneficiaries. A few days after completing my will I received a packet in the mail with a printed copy of my will and instructions for witness signatures. It could not have been simpler! I highly recommend Trust & Will.

The software for a Will is fantastic - HOWEVER: You cannot set anything up except to split your assets by percentage only. In other words, if I wanted to give something to a specific person that cannot be done other than as a gift. If both my spouse and I were to die at the same time it would work, but if I died first the gift would go to the person and not my husband. In other words if you're single it's fine, but if your married gifts cut the spouse out of the willed item. Trust and Will needs to be able to address this basic need by many people.

I read the online reviews and thought that Trust & Will was the correct choice for our very straight forward and un-complicated trust and will requirements for property and accounts, living will, and power of medical attorney, and power of attorney -- no kids, no pets, no split of inheritance, and it was good. It took an hour for two of us to fill out. The steps are clear and mostly easy to fill out. (It's much more difficult to find a notary to sign everything, which took more than an hour and added $100 to the overall cost.) But it was a quick, easy, and very cost efficient way to set up the
