We had such a wonderful experience Christian Melgar that I wish I had a ton of money and friends with money to refer just keep buying and selling houses through this guy.
We were first time home buyers and we never in our wildest dreams thought that we can get the house that we truly wanted but Christian made it happen, he got us exactly what We were looking for and more in one of the most desired neighborhoods in Simi Valley (where it’s rare to see homes for sale ) on the first day we toured houses.
It was like clock work from when we made an offer to when we closed escrow in just 20 days

I will start by saying that Christian will not just let you “settle” on a home. He Will not rest until he has found you the exact, perfect home for you.as he did for my family.
