Hardin County Honda has been locally owned and operated since opening in 1977. It has had two different locations, the first was in downtown Elizabethtown. Over the years, it has had several upgrades like in 2004 with the extension of the service department and the remodeling of the dealership. The new car showroom was extended as well as adding a used car side to the dealership.
In 2012 the Collision Center was opened. The current owner and veteran to the auto industry, John Potts, has been involved in the ownership since 1990 and became sole owner in 2011. Hardin County Honda is the best place to buy a Vehicle. The guys were so helpful and not pushy at all. Very patient and very willing to go the extra mile to make sure you are very happy with your purchase.
I had to go through different departments because of issues I was having with my car and everyone from the loan department for the rental department to the collision department to the purchasing department was totally awesome. I was thinking of writing an honest review for those interested in visiting this store. Overall, it looks like this store has good prices on their cars. The dealers seem to be good people and respectful.
But be aware they have some hidden fees, they don't usually show on their ads. If you sum up those fees, they could be up to 3K more than the published prices. I talked with a lawyer friend of mine, and customers are actually legally protected from this type of practice. Have this in mind.
