I purchased a light weight Mariners jacket on 5/14/18 to wear to the game on 5/18/18. At the game I noticed there was a defect on the jacket that I had not noticed when I bought . On Monday 5/21/18 I called to ask about exchanging and they immediately offered to exchange the jacket, ship to me and to donate the coat to someone in need!! As a a result this will be my spot to shop and can't wait to return to their store for Seahawks football season . Amazing customer service!!! Thank you so much!! The coat was appreciated by someone in need!!!

I found this website when looking to find a custom MLB jersey. Since the jersey was gonna be an anniversary gift for my girlfriend and needed it by a certain day, I called them up to see if they could have it done by the deadline I needed. The staff member was friendly and said that it wouldn't be a problem. The jersey ended up arriving six days earlier then expected. Another plus is the price for the jersey was about twenty bucks or so cheaper then competing websites. I highly recommend this company.

Always able to find great deals on Mariners, Sounders and Seahawks merchandise when I visit. Their customer service team is responsive, and knows when and where I might find the gear I'm looking for if they are not carrying it.

I'm always able to find a great hat, t-shirt or sweatshirt for 50% whenever I go, or bring my friends down to the stadiums. I contacted the owner recently too, and they donated a Doug Baldwin jersey to my dental hygienist raffle ticket program : ) : )

Absolutely amazing customer service. My family and I came in during a busy Seahawks game looking for a Wagner jersey and they treated me with the utmost respect and helped me find the right jersey I was looking for despite the long lines before the game. I recently ordered custom lettered football jerseys from OnTheField for a church event. When they arrived, everything was perfect except that two of the jerseys were mixed up size-wise. I called them immediately because our event was just days away. They immediately took ownership of the issue, saying they would remake the jerseys and get them to me in time for my event. Sure enough, I received an e-mail just a short time later indicating that new jerseys had just been shipped via 2nd day FEDEX. So a few weeks back I was taking a stroll down that cool little Alleyway type Street . I guess, you know the onenthat runs alongside the stadiums? where you definitely feel like at 12 when you're walking down there.

I ordered a shirt last week and requested and paid for the shirt to be here buy the 25th of March. This short was a birthday gift meant to be worn at a baseball game Friday night. My fiancé had to email them and ask when and where the shirt was and going to be here. They said they would ship it out in the next couple of days. He told them that we requested it and pain for it to be here by the 25th the said they would ship it maybe on the 23rd but it won't be here unless we paid an extra 15 dollar for it possibly to be sent over night. I then called them asking them if there was anyway they could

These guys are the real deal. They have some of the most competitive deals available on official Sounders gear, both online and in store. The in store experience is perfect - everything is easy to find, and the staff are friendly. I once bought a jersey from them, that was $15 dollars more than what they listed online, I'm assuming in error, and without even the slightest hesitation, the clerk made it right, and charged me the right price. I'm a STH, and I intend to continue doing business with On The Field, in place of the Pro Shop, as often as possible.

I love this store! I have gone to several Seahawks games and I always have to visit this place before the game. They have so many clothes and can even customize them. The best thing, is the lines are super fast. I do not have much time before the games and it really helps to get in and get out.

What an awful experience this has been. I purchased 1 jersey online for an upcoming birthday. It took this company 6 days to process and ship 1 jersey, which will now make it late 3 days late. On top of all that, the contact for this company was rude and sarcastic when responding to my e-mail asking about my order. It's companies like this that make larger companies like Amazon so popular. Absolutely no sense of customer service here. Sad day for small business owners trying to compete. STAY AWAY!

I have to give a 5-Star shout out to this store for excellent customer service. I brought in a damaged Seahawks NFC champion flag that went to pieces in less than a week of flying it on my car down in Glendale at the Superbowl. I showed them my 12 flag that has been flown more over the last 2-years for comparison. The guys gladly exchanged it for me. I wonder if the Pro Shop would have been as understanding? Probably not!

Good store for Seattle sports merchandise. Mariners gear is sometimes offered at a great bargain. They carry other cities sports teams. They offer deals on gear that some stores don't offer. You can get a customer jersey. Great customer service.

I recently ordered a custom jersey for my boyfriend's birthday from Onthefield.com. The jersey arrived quickly, but when I gave it to my boyfriend, we noticed that a few of the letters on the front of the jersey were scruffed up. I emailed the company about it (and provided a photo), and they responded right away by saying that they would replace the jersey at no cost!

I am truly impressed with this company. Very few places seem to truly stand behind their products nowadays, so it was very reassuring to know that some companies are hassle-free!

If you need sports gear, this is the place to go! They have all your local sports teams gear (Seahawks, Mariners, and Sounders) and if you go online they have jerseys from practically any team you can think of. They also do custom jerseys which is awesome! The location of the store is great too, so if you need to do any last second purchases they are right next to the stadiums. The prices are more than reasonable and I would highly recommend anyone to come here, as you will not be disappointed!

This place is awesome. The owner's are fun and friendly. Great environment and customer service. Also much better pricing on the apparel then the team shops by far!
