Suzanne Fletcher, ASID, has a well-rounded background in interior design. She studied interior design at Virginia Commonwealth University, where she received a B.F.A. degree. Her design experience of over twenty years began in the commercial field, working at architectural firms as part of the design team designing schools, libraries, banks and offices.
She lived in the San Francisco area for ten years, where she was influenced by a diverse population with different tastes and design. As owner and sole proprietor of Suzanne Fletcher Interiors since 1997, she has established herself in residential interiors as well as the commercial field. Suzanne is the ultimate professional. She is flexible in her approach, which was something important to me. I have definite ideas about what I like but needed her artistic "take" to feel comfortable executing my plan--she was honest about what she felt would work and what she felt we needed to "tweak". Suzanne worked within our budget and showed us ways we could spend less or spend more (for a different outcome--sometimes very worth the small additional cost!). She was hands-on, managing the smallest details with the contractors. She made sure that things were done correctly and on schedule...

I have hired Suzanne on two occasions. Once in 2009 when I purchase a lake house in Sparta NJ and a second time when I purchased a home in Warren, NJ with my wife last year in Warren NJ. Suzanne was very helpful when it came to selecting colors that matched the furniture as well as selecting rugs, accent furniture, lamps etc. She had a variety of suppliers and vendors at her disposal which served us well. Suzanne acted as a general contractor coordinating the various contractors, scheduling times and making sure the work was done to her exacting standards. She was a life saver, could not have renovated
