I don’t often leave reviews, but when I do it’s for one of two reasons: One, the product/vendor was extremely good, or two, they were extremely bad. This one is for the latter. Both deserve accurate reviews that are also not exaggerated.
This company was sent to us by a home warranty company who employs them. To simplify what happened, our upstairs AC had turned off due to a clog in the drain pan. The overflow valve triggered and prevented the unit from coming on to avoid water damage. This company showed up, collected the service fee and submitted an estimate for 650 dollars to come back
