I wish I could give Ms. Wanda 10-stars for her professionalism, her promptness, and her personality! She worked with me on timing to ensure that my grandmother could have a comfortable, private ride. I was calling around trying to find a wheelchair ride for my grandmother for at least a week before I found Count On Us and I am so happy I did! We will definitely be using their services for all of our medical transport needs. Thank-you Ms. Wanda!

Since Feb. when Staywell changed to Alivi i(and MANY others)have had PROBLEMS with every trip! They finally set me up with Count On Us. This is the ONLY transportation company that picked me up ON TIME, got me to my appointments on time and i DIDN'T HAVE TO WAIT 2-4HRS 2 get picked back up 2 go home! I don't have a car so i have tried just about every transportation company Staywell uses and this is the ONLY one I would recommend!

I felt I could count on them as soon as I called them. Wanda got me from Havana to my 7 am TMH procedure early, checked on me while I was there, was waiting when I was ready to go, took me by the pharmacy, delivered me safely to my front door, and checked up on me later. I felt cared for.

The driver went above and beyond to make sure my grandmother was as comfortable as possible. She was there ahead of time, as requested, to ensure that they were to her appointment on time. The vehicle was clean & well maintained .Very reliable and convenient service I would definitely recommend to anyone looking for medical transport in the big bend area.
