It's downright crazy to ignore your business online. In my community, I have heard everything from "My business is big enough" to "None of my customers even use Facebook." My response is always the same. It's crazy to ignore your. The rules of social media are constantly changing. Getting noticed can mean an eye-catching video or an emotionally charged blog post.

No matter what the "flavor of the month" is, everything leads to one thing: Engagement Before you can consider customer. I'm listening to Kate Buck jr. of Social Media Pro this morning. I like to go back to my roots occasionally, and listen to her training thought process into what makes a good SMM.
