The staff at the store are very friendly and they spent a lot of time while we were picking stone for a kitchen remodel. The prices were also pretty competitive.
We opted to use their installer and that’s when the experience started to go south. All told, it took multiple days to install my countertops because they didn’t measure properly. This was okay because mistakes happen. However, when they came back the second time, they inexplicably decided to make the cuts to the countertops inside my house (I could not be there to monitor and I believe they took advantage of that fact). I seen commercial for this business. They advertised Why drive to LA when they have competitive prices locally so I thought I would go check it out. I am remodeling my home from top to bottom. When I arrived no other customers in store but me and my companion . No sales person ever came to see if we needed help. Obviously they aren't needing any new customers. I will not be spending my money there.

I'm currently looking for countertops I googled places near me and this Buisness came out. As soon as I came in I was helped immediately. They quoted me gave me a really good price based on what I'm looking. Also I had already bought cabinets but the man who was helping me did a price comparison and it was pretty good since I bought my cabinets out of town I could have saved myself a few hundreds not to mention some gas. I'm still comparing process on the countertops but so far this place has the best prices.

This company may have nice products but don't allow them to do any work/install. We have had a lot of issues with craftmenship. Received broken/cracked granite, shower tile not installed properly, (some have fallen off). Yes manager/owner kept sending me same person to fix. Why would we need a brand new shower fixed?!

Ordered cabinets they delivered incorrect oven section for double oven not single. They chopped up the double section instead of ordering new one tried to give us a different color shelf and the drawer was from display that was badly chipped inside. They refused to fix issue and since already paid we had no leverage. Lied to by “Kevin” numerous times about what was going on and he didn’t seem to understand what was going on. Worst experience ever would not recommend to anyone to use unless you want crappy cabinets and people to not do what they say they will do
