Rob and Lori Nelson are the owners of Nelson Funeral Care. Rob is a licensed funeral director in both Minnesota and Wisconsin and has been working in funeral service for over 42 years. Both Rob and Lori were born and raised in Superior and moved to Cloquet when they were married in 1984.
They have always been active in the community with local churches, the Rotary Club, Masonic Lodge, Shriners, volunteering at the schools and serving on the Cloquet Educational Foundation, Cloquet Memorial Hospital and its Foundation, the Salvation Army, and Chamber of Commerce.Steve has been a funeral director since 1995 and lives in Esko, MN with his wife, Patricia and their two children Anika and Neil.

I normally wouldn't write a review about my father's funeral. But money was stolen out of his estate. When I called Nelson's funeral home to get the statements of how much the funeral cost they where professional and pulled the statements out of their system and made copies for me (despite the funeral being years ago). Which was very much appreciated. They took time to help me and I appreciate their time and professionalism. Not to mention the funeral was impeccable. They did an awsome job all around. For the job they did and the courtesy for the extra time they took for helping me after their
